Fee Schedule

*** If it has been more than 6 months since your last appointment, or it is a new injury, please book a 60min initial assessment.

Please note that this service is not covered under OHIP. The Physio Approach does not accept claims from motor vehicle accident (MVA).

*** We are currently accepting work safety and insurance board (WSIB) and Interim Federal Health Program (IFHP) claims.  For more information or to schedule an appointment, please give us a call.  WSIB and IFHP appointments cannot be made through the online portal.

Payment
Contact-less options are preferred. The Physio Approach accepts e-transfers and credit card payments at the end of each visit. If necessary, cash will also be accepted. An electronic invoice will be provided for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement or for tax purposes.

Direct Billing

Physiotherapy services qualify for direct billing.  The Physio Approach is able to submit claims on your behalf if you are insured by the following insurance provider and if your insurance plan allows for assignment of benefits.

Please note payment is required at the end of every session.  You are responsible to verify your own coverage and you are responsible for any fees not paid by your insurance company.

Late Cancellation/No Show Fee
At The Physio Approach we require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellation and no shows will be billed at the cost of the service booked.
